Our Warrington workshop is equipped with the latest Elumatec CNC machinery, delivering sub-millimetre accuracy on every cut, punch, and notch. Every profile is processed automatically from digital data — no manual measurement, no guesswork.
We use LogiKal for engineering design and EluCAD for CNC programming, creating a seamless digital workflow from your drawings to finished product. This CAD-to-CNC pipeline eliminates transcription errors and ensures every unit matches the specification exactly.
Quality control is built into every stage of our process. From incoming material inspection through to final jig-testing, we verify dimensions, hardware operation, and finish quality before anything leaves our workshop.
