Ordering & Quotes

How do I request a quote?

Complete our online form with your specs or drawings, call us on 01925 500 295, or email your requirements. We aim to return all trade quotes within 24 hours during the working week.

What information do I need to provide for a quote?

We need dimensions (height x width), configuration requirements, colour preference (RAL code), glazing specification, and any special requirements such as automatic door transom or solid top rail. Send drawings if you have them — we use LogiKal® software to engineer everything precisely.

Do you sell to the public?

No. We never sell to homeowners or end users — we fabricate, you install. Any trade professional can order from us, new or existing, but we have no direct-to-consumer sales. Your customers stay yours.

What is your minimum order value?

We have no minimum order value. Whether you need a single door or a complete building facade, we’re here to help.

Products & Specifications

What aluminium systems do you use?

We’re a Jack Aluminium systems partner, fabricating their full range including TruEnergy doors and windows, shopfronts, curtain walling, and our specialist louvre panel doors. All products are precision-cut on Elumatec CNC machinery.

Can you match any RAL colour?

Yes, we can powder coat to any RAL colour. We also offer dual-colour options (different inside/outside), special finishes including wood grain effects, and marine grade coatings.

What glazing options are available?

We offer a full range including toughened, laminated, and apex glass. Glass can be clear or tinted to requirement. Doors arrive glazed and beaded ready to install — no site glazing required.

Delivery & Lead Times

What is your standard lead time?

We aim for 21 days from order confirmation on all jobs. This is our target turnaround, not a guarantee — most orders hit this timeframe.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we deliver UK-wide from our Warrington facility. If you provide a delivery postcode with your enquiry, we’ll include the delivery cost in your quote. If not, we’ll agree a price once confirmed. Delivery is booked via a scheduling link — we recommend securing your slot as soon as possible after receiving it.

How are products packaged for delivery?

Every kit is labelled by opening reference and wrapped for protection. Gaskets, beads, and fixings are included — nothing’s missing when you get to site.

Rush Orders

Can you accommodate rush orders?

Sometimes, yes — it depends on our current production schedule. Call us on 01925 500 295 or mention it in your quote request and we’ll let you know if we can fit your job in sooner.

Is there an extra charge for rush orders?

Rush orders may incur an expedition fee to cover the additional scheduling and production costs. We’ll confirm any extra charges upfront before you commit.

How do I request a faster turnaround?

Just ask when you place your order or request your quote. Let us know your required delivery date and we’ll do our best to accommodate. The earlier you tell us, the better chance we have of fitting you in.

What if you can’t meet my rush deadline?

We’ll be upfront with you. If we can’t fit your job into the schedule, we’ll tell you straight away so you can plan accordingly. No false promises.

Installation & Support

Do I need to make modifications on site?

No. Every order is test-fitted in our workshop jigs before dispatch — checked to your exact spec so it fits and assembles smoothly on site. 99% of our products require zero modifications — just unpack, position, and install. This means faster installs, fewer errors, and more profitable jobs for you.

Do you glaze and bead the units in your workshop?

Yes — where specified, we glaze and bead units in our workshop so they arrive ready to fit. That saves on-site labour time and keeps installs moving.

Do you provide installation?

No — we fabricate, you install. All products arrive ready to fit, and we have years of experience you can call on if you run into any unforeseen problems on site. We never compete with you for installation work or sell direct to your customers.

What technical support do you offer?

Our technical team is available by phone and email to assist with specification queries, take-offs, and any installation questions. We speak installer language — schedules, reveals, tolerances, sightlines.

What warranty do you offer?

1-year warranty on hardware and moving parts (closers, hinges, handles, etc.). Aluminium profiles and powder coating are warranted against manufacturing defects — the profile manufacturer (Jack Aluminium) provides their own extended warranty terms. Physical damage, improper installation, or lack of maintenance are not covered. Full warranty terms available on request.
